  • Carrying out mapping processes, and country and sector profiling to identify individuals who meet or exceed our clients’ criteria



ASSESS each candidate using rigorous, best practice candidate profiling methodologies to:

  • Provide an index of fit with the role and organisation and an index of the candidate’s future potential
  • Provide detailed reports on short-listed candidates.  Clients understand each person’s strengths, development areas and overall match with the job when they first meet them



SELECT the successful candidate for the position:

  • With the client
  • By providing additional perspectives before a decision is made
  • By giving support and advice around the final offer including assistance and preparation of the offer and negotiation of its acceptance;



FACILITATE the hiring of the successful applicant(s) with induction and on-boarding processes to:

  • Get new employees up to speed
  • Orient successful candidates to the client’s business culture and goals, including specialist services for international relocation
  • Support the client and maintain close contact with the candidate until transition into the new role is successfully completed
  • Enable new hires to start contributing immediately.



We always ensure that both candidates and clients are fully engaged and up to speed at every stage of the recruitment process.  Confidential checks are conducted on all shortlisted candidates.
