Robert Tobin
Robert Tobin is the founder and Managing Director of Ogma International, an organisation focused on sourcing internationally scarce Engineering and PPM resources for clients within the Transport, Energy and Construction industries.
He has over 20 years international experience working within the FMCG, Automotive / Engineering, transport and Oil industries, across both private and public sectors. Robert has held senior HR roles within international firms such as the Danone Group, where he was Vice President of Organizational Development and training for the Americas, European Director of HR with Midas Europe (Magneti Marelli), European Employee Development Manager for Becton Dickinson Europe. More recently he was Head of Resourcing (Interim) with Transport for London (TfL) on a 15 billion Euro Investment Project. Robert began his career with ESSO as a Safety officer on the Flexicoker Project, in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, and an honours Degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
Robert is Irish, and is a native English speaker, he also speaks fluent French and has lived and worked internationally in over 6 different countries across two continents.
