With more than 20 years of experience in international executive recruitment, Josette Sayers works primarily for French and international corporations, which are often listed or private equity-backed companies. She specializes in cross-border search and recruitments for international companies, conducting assignments where cross-cultural issues are often key to a successful outcome.
Josette was a founding partner of Jouve & Associés in 1986, after working as a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates (Paris). Previously, she was Director of Documentation of Technology Resources S.A., an international consulting and marketing firm in the telecommunications and electronics sectors. Josette has resided in France for 30 years.
A dual national (American and Irish), Josette Sayers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University (Middletown, USA) and a business degree from the Centre de Perfectionnement aux Affaires (CPA Paris).
Josette joined OGMA International's Board of Directors in July 2007. She brings extensive experience of European markets and international recruitment to OGMA INTERNATIONAL.
Josette is bilingual in English and French.
