Created in response to the need for a more innovative and global approach to the sourcing of scarce skills, OGMA Global Resourcing is a global search firm specialising in recruiting candidates for Executive, Senior and Specialist positions in the Energy, Transport, Industrial and Telecoms sectors. Our clients are typically multinationals and well-established local organisations where HR is recognised - or is working towards becoming - a strategic function within the organisation.
