Our inspiration in the resourcing of scarce skill sets is Ogma, the Celtic god of eloquence and learning, renowned for his wisdom and strength.
Created in response to the need for a more innovative and global approach to the sourcing of scarce skills, OGMA Global Resourcing is a global search firm specialising in recruiting candidates for Executive, Senior and Specialist positions in the Energy, Transport, Industrial and Telecoms sectors. Our clients are typically multinationals and well-established local organisations where HR is recognised - or is working towards becoming - a strategic function within the organisation. In these companies we partner with the senior HR function and through them, support the senior operational management.
